What we can do

We subscribe to a proactive emergency-planning paradigm that focuses on integrating emergency and disaster processes, systems, current plans, and agency personnel resulting in a comprehensive planning lifecycle that feeds into our training and exercise methodology. Some of the plans we have developed include:

Our trainers have decades of real world experience delivering trainings to Public Health, Fire/HAZMAT/EMS, Emergency Management, Hospital/Healthcare, and Private Companies. MCG uses a variety of training delivery platforms to include live classroom, virtual (live classroom), and virtual (on-demand) platforms. MCG can develop on-demand trainings using industry standard software such as Adobe E-Learning Suite (Captivate) or Articulate, which can easily plug into your organization’s learning management system (LMS). Just a few of the standard trainings that our team delivers include:

  • Emergency Operations Center (EOC)
  • Planning “P” Development
  • Public Information/Media Affairs

Our exercises can be delivered in- person or can utilize online platforms to maximize efficiencies, increase participant numbers, and reduce costs.
